With over 37 years in Muay Thai, I have dedicated my life to the sport, both as an athlete and a coach to national and international champions. My fitness approach blends gym-based training with a holistic Te Ao Māori framework, offering personal and group sessions, children’s classes, professional testing, and ongoing support grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā. Having seen the long-term health impacts within our communities, I’m committed to closing the knowledge gap and empowering whānau to take control of their well-being. I’m currently studying for a Master of Health Science (Māori Health) at AUT.
